Let’s have a chat!!

You can book an hour long consulting session with me. I have twenty years of experience as a professional Director/Director of Photography and filmmaker and I’m eager to share what I have learned about the business and craft of filmmaking with others.

I’m available for sessions most weeks. To see my availability and book your session check my calendar.

All sessions are performed over Skype (preferred) or Google Hangouts.

There are tons of camera bodies and brands to choose from - DSLR’s, Mirrorless, and Cinema Cameras. Arri, RED, Blackmagic Design, Canon, Panasonic, Apple, and more.

If you need help deciding what camera to buy or what camera to shoot your next project on let’s have a chat. I’ll show you all the factors I weigh when making camera choices including codec, resolution, lens mount, dynamic range, color space and much more.

We can also talk about what glass you’ll be pairing with your camera which is in my opinion more important then the camera itself.

In the past twenty years I’ve worked with a lot of lighting equipment. If you’re looking for advice on what gear to buy or rent for your company or next project, let’s have a chat.

I work as a commercial cinematographer. My day to day job is to make sure the set, talent, and product is lit so that the client, agency, and director is happy. I also consider the needs of the crew members below me.

You can see some of my lighting breakdowns in my Skillshare class, but if you want to dive deeper, let’s have a chat.

I can help you prep for your next project or provide general lighting advice.

Are you thinking about taking the dive or have you recently become a freelancer? Looking for advice or tips on how to book more clients or figure out how to price yourself? Let’s have a chat.

Are you looking for some general filmmaking advice or short film feedback? Let’s have a chat. I’ve been working as a professional filmmaker since 1999 and I’m eager to share with you everything I have learned about the business and craft of video production.
